⚡Workforce in Motion Advocacy

Workforce in Motion Summits bring students, educators, employers, training providers and community members together for large-scale, hands-on career exploration and connection. Through interactive exhibits, direct conversations and exposure to real career pathways, the Summits help employers tell the story of their industries while giving Vermont’s next generation and current workforce a clearer understanding of the opportunities available to them.

🛠️ Workforce in Motion Academy

The Workforce in Motion Academy helps participants move from interest to employment by addressing the barriers that can stand between someone and a successful career. Through hands-on training, mentoring, scholarships and wraparound support, the Academy connects participants with the education, resources and employer relationships they need to build a sustainable path into the workforce.

Workforce in Motion serves as connective tissue between employers, educators, training providers, workforce organizations and community partners across Vermont. Rather than duplicating the work already being done, we bring organizations together, strengthen partnerships and help connect people with the programs, resources and opportunities that already exist. By creating stronger connections across the workforce ecosystem, we help good work reach more people and turn individual efforts into greater collective impact.
